Any customer here that is not red or dark-green will definitely send you backwards.
Certain customers will send you backwards even if they are dark-green.
Red Customer 1 is always present and will send you to the Baseball Stadium.
Dark-green Customers 2, 3, and 4 (located on the grass "island" in the middle) need to be taken in a certain order to ensure they will all send you to the Downtown area instead of backwards.
There are two ways you can do this:
When dark-green 2 and 4 appear, take 4. Then when you see dark-green 2 and light-green 3 appear, take 2. Then take 3 any time it is dark-green.
(alternative order) When dark-green 2 and light-green 3 appear, take 2. Then take dark-green 4 when it appears alone. Then take 3 when it's dark-green.
Take Customers 6, 8, 9, and 10 when they're red to the Baseball Stadium.
Dark-green 7, 11, and 12 can be taken any time they appear to go to the Downtown area.
Customer 5 will always send you backwards to the Church.
Any other orange customer will send you to the Heliport.
Choosing 7 when it is yellow sends you back to the Tower Records/KFC area.
Finally, if you choose an "island" customer incorrectly, you'll be sent back to Popcorn Mania or FILA.
When dropping off a customer at the R.B. Station, take special care to notice all of the green customers present.
If you can't choose one from the "island" (you definitely want to concentrate on removing those first) it helps to have a backup in mind.
It's also a good idea to Crazy Drift your cab to a stop in the drop-off zone so that it's facing the island area to expedite the decision process (just stay clear of Customer 9 when it's present).
When the Baseball Stadium is your destination, watch for the left wall to end (across from Customer 1) as you approach this location.
A huge time-saver is to execute a Crazy Drift and make your cab u-turn so it flies of the edge of the slope facing the Baseball Stadium just after this wall ends.
With practice doing this, you can consistently get your cab to become wall-stuck the parking lot wall (often before it reaches the ground), earning you extra tip money as you wall-stick your way forward (hopefully no vehicles will be in your way).
Also, when you pick up Customers 6, 10, 11, or 12 you can use the slope as a giant ramp.
Crazy Dash then Limiter Cut your way towards the "wall ends" spot (aim just to the right of the top of the palm tree) and use the slope as a ramp for one gigantic jump!
Save Customer 1 as a backup for when there are no "forward" customers available at the Heliport.
Also, don't bother with the ramp just before Customer 1 as it can be difficult to get to at high speeds.
You may hit a support beam or get caught between the edge of the ramp and the wall behind it, costing you a lot of time.
It's not uncommon after you've cleared several customers out of this location to be forced to drive passengerless to the Baseball Stadium.
